I'll trade you MY train for YOUR'S
Title:  I'll trade you MY train for YOUR'S
Description:  The NS return consist was longer than either of the two available sidings at Slateford Jct, so the two crews choreographed a saw-by. That's the Delaware Water Gap in the background, to the north.

DL 2452 passing former Gouldsboro interlocking tower eastbound on the Ex-Lackawanna mainline
Title:  DL 2452 passing former Gouldsboro interlocking tower eastbound on the Ex-Lackawanna mainline
Description:  My hunch is that the train is a grain extra to Mt. Pocono, although there's a tank car in the consist. I was hiking the ex-DL&W from Gouldsboro to Tobyhanna, and was pleased to have a freight overtake me with such a photogenic prop near at hand. Behind the four big Alcos at the head end I counted 39 cars.
